Prairie Meats is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Delivery Driver to deliver products to our customers while providing friendly, professional service. This role involves operating company vehicles ranging from delivery vans to 5-tonne trucks.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate vans and 5-tonne trucks to deliver products accurately and on time; load, unload, and handle products with care; provide courteous service and communicate effectively with customers and team members; complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; and keep vehicles clean and perform basic maintenance, including checking fluid levels and reporting concerns. Requirements: a valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract; previous delivery experience is preferred, especially operating larger vehicles; strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks, follow direction, and work independently; excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to safe work practices.
