Specialized Cleaner Above and Beyond Renovation Location Chestermere, AB Salary 15.00 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 20 to 30 hours per week Part time leading to full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Dusty Dirty Responsibilities: Operate cleaning machines Clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fire places Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces Vacuum floors Wax and polish floors Experience and specialization Equipment and machinery experience Carpet cleaning machine Chemical cleaning equipment Hydroblasters Polishing machines Power tools Pressure cleaners Pressure washers Steam cleaners Waxing machine Additional information Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Manual dexterity Attention to detail Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Repetitive Fast-paced environment Weight handling Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Own tools/equipment Safety equipment/gear Uniform Steel-toed safety boots Rain gear Personal suitability Client focus Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Punctuality Until: 2026-01-24
