First Nation Training & Development Officer

A First Nation organization in Ontario is seeking a Training Development Officer to oversee training and employment initiatives. This role involves preparing work plans, engaging community members, and managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Community Development, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Anishnabek culture. Responsibilities include ensuring program deliverables, maintaining client records, and securing funding for programs.
