Aeroelasticity Engineer Bombardier

Bombardier seeks an aerospace engineer skilled in aeroelasticity, aeroservoelasticity, and aircraft structural analysis for its Dorval team.As a Professional, Engineering specialist, you will support new aircraft design studies and continued airworthiness of in-service aircraft. Your work combines finite element modeling, dynamic stability calculations, frequency response analysis, and engineering software development. Collaboration spans Advanced Design, Aerodynamics, Structures, Mass Properties, Flight Controls, and Control Laws.Key Responsibilities:
Select methods, techniques, and tools for complex engineering issuesPerform aeroelastic and aeroservoelastic analysesMaintain finite element models for structural dynamics analysisPost-process ground vibration and flight flutter test resultsSupport other engineering disciplines during aircraft developmentRequirements:
Five or more years of relevant aerospace industry experienceDegree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace specializationUnderstanding of structures, aerodynamics, actuations, and control lawsExperience with dynamic stability and frequency response calculationsExperience with Part 25 and Airworthiness regulationsUse aeroelasticity, finite element modeling, and dynamic systems expertise to advance Bombardier aircraft safety and performance.
