Electra is looking for an experienced leader in hydrometallurgical processing to spearhead the commissioning of North America’s only cobalt sulfate refinery. This full-time position demands exceptional skills in solvent extraction and crystallization, with accountability for operational readiness and product consistency. Candidates must have a hands-on approach and a thorough understanding of complex processing facilities to drive the refinery's success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead transition from construction to commissioning phases • Ensure safety culture meets regulatory standards • Stabilize and optimize leach and SX circuits • Diagnose complex operational issues effectively • Deliver consistent battery-grade cobalt sulfate production

Requirements: • 15+ years in refinery operations or commissioning • Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering • Proven leadership in start-up environments • Experience with cobalt or nickel processing • Strong troubleshooting and process control skills
