ServiceNow Technical Consultant (CSM) (New Glasgow)

Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Sales & Order Management (SOM). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM, CRM, and/or SOM. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities. Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, business rules, and integrations. Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with ServiceNow standards. Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post‑production activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment. Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge transfer materials. Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and development standards. Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and implementation experience. Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or CRM/SOM modules. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS‑CSM) certification. Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, integrations, and API development. Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. Ability to design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications

Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus. Experience working in enterprise‑scale ServiceNow environments. Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party business applications.
