We are a homeschooling family in Oakville seeking a caring, dependable, and organized individual to join our home part-time. Our family includes four children (two boys and two girls), ages: 9 months, 4, 5, and 6. We are looking for someone to help care for the children while supporting our daily homeschool rhythm and maintaining an organized learning environment. Responsibilities may include:
- Caring for and engaging with the children
- Supervising play and activities
- Reading, crafts, and practical life activities
- Helping organize homeschool materials
- Guiding children with simple clean-up and household routines
- Light tidying related to the children
- Warm, patient, and trustworthy
- Organized and proactive
- Comfortable working with young children
- Flexible and can adapt to our daily rhythm
