About the Role:
The Sales Manager oversees the sales team, ensures departmental targets are achieved and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Schedule : Full-Time
Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 (Full Commission)

Who you are:
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record
- License : Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Certification : Valid VSA license.
- Customer Skills : Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
- Tech Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.
What your day will look like :
- Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries
- Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.
- Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.
- Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
