Senior Real Property Valuation Advisor

Reporting directly to the Director of Real Property Acquisition, you will serve as a senior technical expert, overseeing appraisal assignments while managing external valuation service providers. Your experience will contribute to developing consistent valuation methodologies and governance practices, ensuring all activities align with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex valuation assignments for property acquisitions
• Develop and improve valuation methodologies and procedures
• Oversee appraisal assignments and external service provider performance
• Critically assess and review appraisal reports and analyses
• Provide valuation advice during negotiations and settlement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in business, real estate, or related field
• 8+ years in real property valuation or appraisal review
• Member of Appraisal Institute of Canada or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Québec real estate markets
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
