Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and database updates
• Resolve patient and client complaints or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and patient care standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, or hospital management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare software systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends
