Apply LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, structured extraction, and strong API skills to production workflows. Your work will combine software engineering, data science, and model evaluation across the full lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Lead major features and projects from design through deliveryOptimize agentic workflows combining rules, LLMs, and embedding searchBuild evaluation pipelines with golden sets and regression trackingShape AI platform architecture through reviews and collaborationMentor peers and support delivery timelinesRequirements:
Five or more years of professional software development experienceStrong Python, backend, and API development skillsHands-on production experience with LLMs and structured extractionBackground in data science, data analysis, or statisticsExperience leading projects or technical initiativesLead Python, API, LLM, and evaluation work that advances Maestro and nesto’s transparent digital mortgage technology across Canada.
