In this senior position, you will guide AI and ML project design from inception to deployment while actively working with our sales team to shape opportunities. Your expertise will bridge technical discussions with client leadership and ensure project success. Leading hands-on implementation, you’ll also coach and uplift fellow engineers on modern MLOps practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Architect and implement end-to-end ML systems • Make technical decisions across the full stack • Set engineering standards for ML projects • Coach team members on ML and MLOps • Ensure quality and operational soundness of deliverables

Requirements: • Strong background in machine learning fundamentals • Experience in data pipeline creation and ML systems • Production experience with major MLOps platforms • Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure • Solid understanding of model trust and explainability
