Lead aerospace quality assurance audits at GAL AeroStaff Ltd., applying regulatory expertise across TCCA, FAA, EASA, and UK CAA requirements. Guide QA teams and corrective actions.The QA Manager assures the efficiency and performance of the Quality Assurance audit program. This leadership role requires an AME M2 Licence, audit credentials, and aircraft maintenance supervision experience. You will support inspectors, stakeholders, and records management activities.Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled internal audits and investigationsUpload records and coordinate corrective action plansAudit and verify APRISe-reported events promptlyAssist inspectors with technical or regulatory issuesLead, coach, train, and develop QA employeesRequirements:
College Diploma and AME M2 LicenceFormal Quality Assurance Lead Auditor credentialIOSA preferred for audit credentialsMinimum five years related experience or equivalentIntermediate MS Office proficiency and regulatory understandingApply aerospace audit leadership, airworthiness knowledge, and corrective action expertise as GAL AeroStaff Ltd.'s Quality Assurance Manager.
