Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical assessments and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients
Prepare disability assessments for Veterans Affairs Canada
Develop personalized pain management strategies
Prescribe essential medical products and compounds
Collaborate with a diverse team for tailored treatment plans

Requirements:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Comfortable using EMRs and digital tools
Passionate about patient-centered care
Must be eligible to work in Canada
