In this vital role, you will be responsible for comprehensive models and studies related to power systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise with PSSE and Python is essential for conducting power flow, short circuit, and transient stability studies, as well as leading project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct power system studies using PSS/E
- Lead analyses for load and generation interconnections
- Develop scripts to enhance simulation efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports including assumptions and results
- Manage client meetings and project scope
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering; Ph.D. advantageous
- Minimum 5 years in power systems studies
- PSSE experience required; PSLF experience desired
- Proficient in Python programming
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
