Manager of Supply Chain Operations

Elevate supply chain performance at Amcor, leading strategic operations and team development in a global packaging leader. This role is pivotal in order fulfillment and logistics. As the Manager of Supply Chain Operations, you will oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement through to delivery while ensuring alignment with customer expectations. A focus on development and strong performance metrics will be key to your success, driving operational excellence while minimizing costs. Engage and develop your team, supporting continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the supply chain team to achieve results
• Track and report on key performance metrics
• Lead order fulfillment cycles, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Execute procurement strategies for optimal resource management

Requirements:

• University degree in Supply Chain or related field
• At least 5 years in supply chain management roles
• Demonstrated leadership experience required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
