- Deliver exceptional customer service and financial advice
- Develop customized financial strategies for clients
- Build and grow relationships with affluent clientele
- Navigate complex financial planning needs
- Work collaboratively to drive client satisfaction
- Two years of relevant experience in investment and credit
- Demonstrated management experience promoting Scotiabank products
- Strong relationship-oriented approach to customer service
- Licensed to sell mutual funds; CIFP Diploma in progress
- Results-oriented with a focus on client goals
