Lead the launch of a brand-new Splitsville centre through autonomous leadership, team development, and commercial performance. Shape guest experiences from day one.As General Manager, you will run a busy family entertainment centre combining bowling, dining, arcades, and laser tag. You will guide operations across four revenue streams while creating a safe, fun environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, budget ownership, and performance focus.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the launch of a brand-new entertainment centreRun operations across bar, diner, amusements, and bowlingDeliver budget and key performance indicatorsDrive centre profit and commercial performanceCoach teams to deliver outstanding guest serviceRequirements:
Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality, or retailExperience managing budgets of at least $1.5mEvidence of optimising business unit sales and performancePassion for coaching, developing, and progressing teamsAvailability for nights and weekendsBring autonomous leadership, budget accountability, and people development to Splitsville’s new centre launch and guest experience.
