Seeking a Reliable, Go-To Babysitter for Our 1-Year-Old Daughter

We are a young professional couple looking for a caring, reliable babysitter for our sweet and happy nearly 1-year-old daughter. I am returning to work and travel occasionally, while my husband works early morning hours from home. We are hoping to find a trusted "go-to" sitter for flexible, ad hoc care, including: Early Mornings (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM): Getting our daughter up, fed, and ready for daycare while my husband works from home. This could be up to 5 days a week depending on my work travel, but there is no fixed schedule. Occasional Evenings & Weekends: Extra hours as needed on a random, as-available basis.
