Experienced Dental Receptionist

A friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Vancouver, BC (UBC area) , is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their administration team on a part-time basis. Operating out of a busy, modern 6-operatory facility, the clinical team includes 3 Associates, 1 Hygienist, and 2 dedicated Administrative professionals. This transit-accessible practice prides itself on a supportive team atmosphere where everyone works together to provide outstanding patient care. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes immense pride in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, highly dependable, and able to manage multiple front-desk priorities seamlessly while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for patients. You bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to the workplace every day.
Schedule & Hours
Type: Part-Time (Three days per week)
Shift Breakdown:
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Earnings: Highly competitive wage ranging from $28 – $32/hour , depending directly on your depth of dental reception experience.
Benefits: Optional health and dental benefit plan available.

What You Bring to the Team
Qualifications: Completion of a recognized Dental Reception Certificate program is required. Experience using Tracker dental software is a strong asset.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental reception role is required (No new graduates will be considered for this specific position).
Core Must-Haves: Exceptional multitasking abilities, a natural team-player mentality, and a deeply caring, empathetic approach with patients.
