Lead member experience enhancement initiatives as Head of Research & Innovation at Dialogue. Spearhead the Aurora team in crafting compelling service experiences. In this leadership role, you will oversee the research agenda guiding member experience strategies within Dialogue. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your focus will be on devising strategies that address experience breakdowns while driving smooth integration with clinical efforts. This role is critical in ensuring member insights translate effectively into impactful changes. Key Responsibilities:
• Set the research agenda for maximizing member impact
• Synthesize findings into actionable service narratives
• Drive innovation in member experience delivery
• Promote collaboration across functional teams
• Develop the Aurora team’s capabilities and culture Requirements:
• 8+ years in design research or innovation strategy
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Proven ability in strategic opportunity framing
• Strong influence across various teams and stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare or high-stakes service settings Excel in enhancing member engagement and care quality through research leadership at Dialogue.
