Director of Communications for CFPC

Lead the marketing and communications strategy for the College of Family Physicians of Canada as the Director. Engage with a vast network of stakeholders and members to leverage communication excellence. The CFPC is looking for a strategic marketing leader to guide its communication efforts. This role encompasses managing comprehensive marketing initiatives and enhancing the organization's public profile through media and stakeholder engagement. You will work with diverse teams to accomplish the CFPC's vision and mission effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Create and evaluate integrated marketing initiatives
Lead media relations and public communication strategies
Enhance brand management and crisis communications
Supervise digital communication and content creation
Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and service excellence

Requirements:

Master’s degree in marketing or related discipline
Ten years of proven experience in leadership roles
Expertise in stakeholder engagement within complex organizations
Bilingualism preferred (English and French)
Strong abilities in strategic and collaborative leadership
