- Serve as clients' main contact for project updates
- Coordinate deliverables and client project timelines
- Engage specialized resources to solve client issues
- Facilitate annual planning and strategic meetings
- Support CRM with financial and coverage discussions
- At least seven years in group insurance consulting
- Valid AMF group insurance license required
- Bilingual in French and English essential
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills needed
- Expertise in project management is critical
