- Review project documents and architectural specifications
- Maintain accurate project logs and records
- Enter detailed financial information in Procore
- Coordinate change orders and subcontractor agreements
- Facilitate communication across various project teams
- 5+ years of experience in construction projects
- Proficient in Procore’s financial and document modules
- Experienced in managing RFIs and pay applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools including SharePoint
