Senior Finance Manager Catalyst Studios

Lead financial planning for Electronic Arts’ Catalyst Studios with expertise in forecasting, P&L management, and strategic finance. Work three days weekly from an EA office.As Senior Finance Manager, you will guide finance for EA’s NHL, UFC, and F1 franchises. Partner with studio, product, commercial, and finance leaders on strategy, investments, resources, and performance. Mentor the Catalyst FP&A team while supporting daily financial operations and executive reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders on franchise strategy and investment prioritizationTranslate economics, KPIs, monetization, and costs into recommendationsOwn forecasting, P&L management, close analysis, and scenariosLead and coach the Catalyst FP&A teamImprove productivity through automation and standardizationRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related fieldEight-plus years in FP&A or related finance disciplinesExperience mentoring and coaching high-performing teamsStrong modeling, forecasting, business case, and P&L skillsKnowledge of accounting principles and GAAPShape franchise performance at Electronic Arts through strategic finance, clear storytelling, forecasting, and team leadership.
