Done Correctly Inc. is looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our commercial and residential concrete crew in Regina and the surrounding area. Wage: $24.00$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, productivity and demonstrated ability. Applicants must have at least three years of concrete finishing experience. Responsibilities include: * Placing, levelling and finishing concrete* Screeding, floating, edging and hand finishing
* Producing broom and smooth finishes
* Working on sidewalks, driveways, slabs, curbs and other site concrete
* Reading grades and working to proper elevations
* Installing and working around rebar, forms and embedded items
* Maintaining high standards for quality and production
* Following all company and site-safety requirements Requirements: * Minimum three years of concrete finishing experience
* Valid drivers licence
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to work long days and overtime when required
* Dependable, punctual and able to work effectively with a crew
* Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor construction work
* Willingness to work in changing weather conditions This is not an entry-level finishing position. Applicants must be able to demonstrate their finishing ability on site. Full-time work with approximately 4050 hours per week during peak construction periods. Overtime and vacation pay are provided according to Saskatchewan Employment Standards.
