Shape Tangerine Wealth’s competitive strategy through market research, customer insights, and clear reporting for senior leadership teams.This Senior Manager role focuses on wealth strategy, research, and growth planning within Tangerine. You will evaluate customer needs, market trends, competitors, products, pricing, and digital investing developments. Your analysis will support strategic choices, governance reporting, and multi-year roadmap development.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain competitor benchmarking across products, pricing, and service modelsEvaluate customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunitiesSupport annual planning, budgeting, and multi-year roadmapsDevelop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecardsPrepare concise updates highlighting progress, risks, and insightsRequirements:
Strong understanding of Canadian wealth management industry dynamicsExperience with investment products and digital wealth platformsComplex initiative leadership among senior stakeholdersAbility to synthesize information into executive presentationsBusiness intelligence and data visualization experience is an assetUse research, competitive intelligence, and executive communication skills to strengthen Tangerine Wealth’s strategic direction and market position.
