Construction Site Superintendent - Hotel Renovation - Commercial CM

Job Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for hotel renovation projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Site Superintendent, preferably in hotel renovation projects.
• Strong background in ICI GC/CM construction methodologies.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and construction standards in Canada.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple subcontractors and schedules.
• Detail-oriented approach to quality control and project documentation.
