Fulfilment Associate

Job Responsibility:

This role includes fulfillment, production, and warehouse management aspects. You will wear several hats.

Looking for a self-starter with ambitions to grow in a quickly growing food business. The right candidate should be highly meticulous and pays close attention to detail, with a ownership mentality and positive attitude.

The daily tasks include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Label, scan, and organize products for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality control before packaging.
• Maintain inventory records and restock packaging materials as needed.
• Operate fulfillment equipment (e.g., label printers, scanners, pallet jacks).
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures.
• Getting work done efficiently and in a proactive manner
• Great English communication skills
• Experience using a forklift
• Previous fulfillment experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
