Lead Desjardins brand partnerships with advanced project management and data-driven evaluation across complex provincial and national sponsorship investments.This Senior Advisor role manages large-scale partnerships from opportunity assessment through activation, measurement, and renewal decisions. You will collaborate with Brand, Communications, Public Affairs, Community Investment, Experiential Marketing, Compliance, and other business areas. The position requires strategic judgment, commercial acumen, and effective stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale partnerships and integrated activation programsDevelop recommendations aligned with brand and business prioritiesConduct risk assessments and maintain project governance documentationMeasure partnership results and recommend portfolio improvementsRepresent sponsorship expertise with decision-makers and stakeholdersRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related disciplineMinimum seven years in sponsorship management or partnership marketingAdvanced experience delivering measurable brand and business resultsAdvanced project management, analytics, and strategic thinking capabilitiesAdvanced English proficiency and strong collaboration skillsBring portfolio leadership, partnership marketing, analytics, and stakeholder expertise to Desjardins’ sponsorship practice and strategic initiatives.
