Vice President of Infrastructure Financing

Drive global infrastructure investment initiatives with Brookfield Infrastructure Group as a Vice President. Focus on M&A activities and secure debt financing while leading diverse teams. This key role is based in Toronto and reports to the Managing Director of Investments. You will play a critical part in sourcing and structuring debt financing for strategic acquisitions. Your responsibilities will encompass deal structuring, syndication processes, and fostering strong relationships with financial institutions, ensuring optimal capital solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Source and structure debt financing for global investments
Collaborate with teams to implement capital structures
Manage syndication and negotiation processes effectively
Produce credit and syndication documentation
Maintain relationships with lenders and financial partners

Requirements:

Extensive experience in M&A and finance, particularly in infrastructure
Proven track record in debt financing and syndication
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex projects in dynamic settings
Effective communication and relationship management
