The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. As a member of the nursing department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to manage crisis situations in clinical areas relevant to the position
- A valid driver's license and licensed/registered vehicle is required.
- Ability to work cooperatively in an integrated interdisciplinary team
- A demonstrated ability to meet and work with clients
- Sound judgment, tact, initiative and high standards of integrity/responsibility
