There is a professional staff compliment of 30.2 FTE teachers including one vice-principal and 14.88 FTE support staff. Ecole White City School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning. White City is located 24km east of Regina. Assignment:
- 100% administrative duties
- Salary and benefits is outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement. Current administrative allowance is approximately $14,747.
Qualifications: - Bachelor of Education Degree
- Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
- Master's degree in a related field, or a willingness to obtain as a condition of employment
- Experience in a school administration role is considered an asset
- Proficiency in French language is an asset
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate: - A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
- Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
- Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
- An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support every student.
- Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Division's strategic direction
