AMF Licensed Road Claims Adjuster

As a Desjardins AMF Licensed Road Claims Adjuster, you’ll manage claims files from start to finish. You’ll provide empathetic customer follow-up while investigating or inspecting damage from home or civil liability claims. The position supports individuals and businesses and connects with Desjardins’ digital transformation focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle claims files from start to finish
Provide empathetic, professional customer follow-up
Investigate damage from home or civil liability claims
Inspect damage involving individuals or businesses
Assess claim-related damage accurately

Requirements:

Personal claims adjusting license issued by the AMF
General college diploma in a related field
At least four years of home claims adjusting experience
French-language knowledge
Availability to travel across specified Quebec regions

Bring licensed claims expertise, sound decision quality, and interpersonal savvy to Desjardins’ Quebec-wide claims service.
