Senior Transmission Line Engineer
to strengthen its technical team. You will play a key role in the design, analysis, and execution of high-voltage transmission line projects, working with multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities
Design and analyze overhead and underground transmission lines (structures, conductors, foundations)Conduct mechanical and electrical load studies according to applicable standards (CSA, IEEE, NESC)Supervise and review plans, specifications, and technical documentsCoordinate with civil, structural, and environmental engineering teamsProvide site supervision and technical support during constructionMentor and supervise junior engineers on the teamParticipate in client and regulatory relationsProfile
DesiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural EngineeringMember of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)Minimum 7 years of experience
in transmission line designProficiency in specialized softwareExcellent communication skillsBilingualism (French/English)What the client offers
