What You'll Do
Truss Assembly & Construction
- Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and blueprints
- Ensure accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity in every build
Equipment Operation
- Safely operate tools and machinery such as saws, presses, and other production equipment
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
Material Handling & Site Support
- Load, unload, and organize materials for efficient workflow
- Assist with site preparation and general upkeep of the work area
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve issues in assembly or equipment performance
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality
Quality Assurance
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and precision
- Ensure all work meets company and industry quality expectations
What You Bring
- Experience in carpentry, construction, and/or woodworking (preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot on the job
- Good time management and organizational skills
