Principal Product Manager, Enterprise Ai Agents

HR Tech Job

Workday is hiring Principal Product Managers to own an AI agent system from concept through GA for our global enterprise customers. You will scope bets, prototype solutions, run early adopter programs, and scale to Workday’s customer base, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver usable, auditable agents that drive business value.This role combines hands-on design of agent architectures with strategic prioritization across a fast-moving portfolio.
