Global Lead for Talent and Learning

Join as a strategic leader in Global Talent, Learning, and Performance. Drive scalable talent initiatives that build critical skills and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization. As the Head of Global Talent, you will shape strategies that support effective talent management and learning development. Partner with key stakeholders to create pathways for talent growth and address capability gaps. Your role emphasizes a collaborative approach, ensuring alignment with business strategies and leadership development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global talent review and high-potential identification
- Develop learning frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Own the performance management cycle and improve practices
- Cultivate relationships to diagnose organizational needs
- Manage external partnerships and learning technology implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in talent and learning fields
- Strong skills in program design and implementation
- Ability to influence senior leaders and HR partners
- Experience managing complex initiatives in diverse environments
