Procom Embedded Software Test Engineer

In this role, you will deliver quality code and implement black box testing strategies. Procom seeks a talented Embedded Software Test Engineer with over five years of experience. Your responsibilities include owning requirements, creating high-level functional specifications, and conducting comprehensive testing in an Autosar Classic environment. You'll utilize Matlab/Simulink or C to ensure code quality while implementing automation strategies and analyzing test execution results. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and review testing requirements for embedded systems
- Author comprehensive test cases for various functionalities
- Define test strategies for extensive black box testing
- Set up Jenkins for test automation and execution
- Analyze and report on defect creation and triage
- Minimum 5 years of engineering work experience
- Proficiency in Python coding and embedded system design
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and Jira
- Familiarity with functional safety and AutoSAR
- Capable of conducting design reviews and resolving software issues
