CNC Equipment Service Development Manager
Rhodes Wolfe
Design CNC equipment preventive maintenance programs in Etobicoke while building aftermarket service operations, pricing, and technician teams onsite.
This full-time Service Development Manager reports to the Vice President and creates a distinct revenue-generating business from the ground up. The role requires industrial equipment aftermarket experience, operational leadership, and CRM proficiency. You will establish scalable service standards and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design multi-tier preventive maintenance programs and delivery standards
- Develop upsell processes for replacement parts and service opportunities
- Partner on pricing, cost analysis, and margin optimization
- Recruit, train, and lead preventive maintenance technicians
- Establish scheduling, dispatch, CRM, contracts, and renewals
Requirements:
- Five-plus years building industrial equipment aftermarket service programs
- Three-plus years managing field service or technical teams
- Experience developing offerings, standard procedures, and workflows
- Ability to manage operational and financial key performance indicators
- Proficiency with CRM and service management systems
Lead CNC equipment preventive maintenance growth through service development, operational control, and aftermarket team leadership in Etobicoke.
