Remote IT Change Management Lead

Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Ltd.

Drive transformation as a Remote IT Organizational Change Management Lead at CNL. Use your expertise in change strategies to empower teams and enhance technology adoption across Canada. CNL is seeking a remote leader to spearhead organizational change management initiatives. You will develop and execute comprehensive change strategies focused on technology implementation and business transformation. Your role will involve stakeholder engagement, coaching leaders, and measuring adoption metrics to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Develop change management strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct assessments to evaluate organizational impact and readiness
Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans
Coach leaders on facilitating change among their teams
Monitor adoption metrics and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
7-10 years in organizational change management
Experience with complex transformations and technology implementations
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci

Lead CNL's change initiatives through effective strategies and stakeholder collaboration within a fully remote setup. #J-18808-Ljbffr
