Responsibilities
- Oversee management activities for each store department under supervision.
- Ensure profitability and smooth operations of each store.
- Define objectives, communicate expectations, and perform follow‑ups for continuous improvement with the team.
- Supervise purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, and sales per hour/person to maintain business readiness.
- Select, train, evaluate, and motivate team members to build a competent workforce.
Qualifications
- 2 years of retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
