Territory Manager for Agricultural Equipment

Drive sales and customer engagement as a Territory Manager in the agricultural equipment sector. Develop strong relationships, identify business opportunities, and support clients effectively throughout your territory. In this customer-focused role, you will work alongside Parts, Service, and Administration teams to grow market share in your designated territory. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of machinery sales experience, preferably in agriculture or construction. You'll actively prospect new customers, analyze operations, and recommend solutions that cater to agricultural and construction needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers through regular visits
- Advise on equipment by understanding customer operations
- Identify new business opportunities for market growth
- Prospect customers via cold calling and networking
- Maintain consistent contact to strengthen customer ties
- Minimum three years of machinery sales experience
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract
