Elevate mental health care as a Registered Social Worker with Humber River Health in Toronto. Focus on complex concurrent disorders through assessments, psychoeducation, and therapy in a part-time role. Join Humber River Health’s innovative Chemical Dependency Program. In this permanent part-time position, you will provide individual and group counselling while collaborating with a skilled inter-professional team. Your role will address the diverse needs of outpatients, ensuring comprehensive care through a trauma-informed approach. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions
Manage crises and provide psychoeducation
Collaborate with internal and community health partners
Contribute to program development for patient needs

Requirements:

Master of Social Work (MSW) accredited degree
Two years of experience in mental health/addiction settings
Level 1 CBT training completed or in progress
Skills in individual, group counselling, and psychoeducation
Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
