Position: Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist with Social Media Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a professional setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to create engaging content and campaigns to promote services
- Good team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage fulfillment process
Experience:
- Experience in a professional financial role
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
Work Conditions + Physical Capabilities:
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for documentation
- Ability to take ownership of work, ensure timely completion of duties
- Candidate must maintain confidentiality
Specific Skills:
- Manage and process mortgage applications as experience grows
- Coordinate with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing
- Review and verify all necessary documentation and information for mortgage approval
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence
- Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with followers
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed
