Erp Integration Transformation Lead

Lead ERP integration and transformation initiatives at Moose Knuckles, combining enterprise systems expertise with hands-on architecture, data, and business process delivery.This senior hands-on role reports to IT and partners with finance, procurement, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, logistics, and reporting stakeholders. You will shape how critical business systems connect, improve operational efficiency, and support growth. Work spans analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.Key Responsibilities:
Define integration architecture across ERP, retail, warehouse, logistics, and finance platformsConfigure mappings, troubleshoot interfaces, and reduce point-to-point integration sprawlRedesign finance, procurement, inventory, and operational processesBuild reporting pipelines with orchestration, alerts, and dependency managementLead discovery, design, testing, migration, cutover, and stabilizationRequirements:
At least four years hands-on with a modern ERP platformEight or more years in ERP, integration, or transformationOne full implementation from discovery through stabilizationHands-on Azure integration, Power Platform, APIs, or middleware experienceFinance and supply chain process knowledge in multichannel businessesBring deep ERP expertise, integration delivery, and business transformation judgment to Moose Knuckles’ enterprise technology initiatives.
