Customer Delivery Engineering Leader at Cisco

Advance customer experiences with Cisco as a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader. You'll optimize Splunk utilization and drive significant business integrations through strategic guidance. This remote leader role focuses on enhancing the adoption and optimization of Splunk’s Core and ES solutions. With over three years in technical consulting and big-data analytics, you'll deliver high-quality mentorship and customer advocacy. Your expertise will ensure customers achieve the best value from their investments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead adoption of Splunk’s Core and ES solutions
Provide architectural mentorship for enterprise environments
Advocate for customer needs within the Splunk ecosystem
Manage customer relationships with a focus on success
Drive strategic engagements through documentation and meetings

Requirements:

3+ years in technical consulting or big-data analytics
Administered and used Splunk Core and/or ES for 3+ years
Understand enterprise applications and software industries
Proficient in scripting languages and data tools
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
