Customer Success Representative at Brilliant Harvest

AltaML Inc.

Transform agricultural technology into practical tools as a Customer Success Representative with Brilliant Harvest. Support dealers and farmers in maximizing their use of an advanced conversational AI platform. This full-time role involves bridging the gap between advanced technology and agricultural users. Collaborate closely with dealers and farmers to facilitate adoption and provide training for Optimal software utilization. Your tech-savvy nature will help turn software into essential operational tools, enabling users to thrive in their daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary support resource for dealer and farmer users
Drive adoption and integration of the AI platform within operations
Create training content, tutorials, and release notes for users
Conduct engaging product demos and onboarding sessions
Gather field feedback for product improvements and bug tracking

Requirements:

Experience at a farm equipment dealership or ag-tech sales
Strong communication skills with dealers and farmers
Organized and proactive approach in customer success
Proven ability to create training content and documentation
Comfortable helping non-technical users with tech
