Build technical teams for Mecka AI using full-cycle recruiting and AI agents across robotics, machine learning, and computer vision. Own specialized searches end to end.As a Technical Recruiter, you will recruit across Engineering, Research, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Physical AI. You will partner with hiring managers, leaders, and the Talent & People team. Your work will build teams developing data infrastructure for embodied AI systems.Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting across specialized technical functionsSource candidates through AI, research, and targeted outreachPartner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisionsBuild pipelines with research labs, universities, and communitiesDesign AI tools, recruiting systems, and scalable operationsRequirements:
Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth technology companiesExperience recruiting Engineering, Research, Robotics, or Physical AI talentStrong experience building AI agents and recruiting workflowsExperience managing high-volume, hard-to-fill searchesAbility to influence, solve creatively, and work through ambiguityApply technical recruiting, AI automation, and specialized sourcing expertise to help Mecka AI build physical AI teams.
