Wigmore Regional Hospital City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Community Health Services Admin E Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.67 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 15 shifts of 5 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: Yes Job : Provides support through a range of programs/services including counseling and community awareness/development to help clients achieve mental and emotional balance to meet the needs and challenges of daily living. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Indigenous Social Work Diploma
